Kreeri, Oct 25 (KNS): In a major development aimed at boosting infrastructure and public convenience in Kreeri and adjoining areas, MLA Wagoora-Kreeri, Adv. Irfan Hafiz Lone, has announced ?10 lakh from his Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for the construction of an auditorium at Kreeri.

The announcement has brought cheer among locals, who have long been demanding better community facilities in the area. According to the MLA, the auditorium project marks the beginning of a broader developmental plan, with hopes of securing additional funds in the near future.

In addition, ?2 lakh have been sanctioned for setting up a Snow Clearance Control Room at Kreeri to ensure better winter preparedness.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelFor now, the control room will operate from the Community Hall until a permanent setup is established. Funds will also be utilized for necessary repairs and equipment required for snow clearance operations.

Speaking on the occasion, Adv. Lone reiterated his commitment to the holistic development of Kreeri and surrounding villages. He also mentioned that efforts are underway to develop the Kreeri playground, which remains a long-pending demand of the local youth.
