Chrarisharief, Oct 26(KNS): MLA Chrarisharief and former Finance Minister Ab Rahim Rather has called for arrangements for the annual Urs of Hazrat Sheikh Noor ud Din Wali (RA) at Chrarisharief.
He stated that Hazrat Sheikh Noor ud Din Wali (RA) is respected by people from all backgrounds.
In a statement, Rather urged both divisional and district administrations to make necessary arrangements for the convenience of devotees visiting Chrarisharief, starting from October 28.
He called for adequate stocks of essential commodities to be available in the market and for uninterrupted drinking water and power supply.
Rather also requested transport arrangements for ferrying devotees to and from various areas to Chrarisharief, emphasizing that an adequate number of passenger vehicles should be deployed on different routes.

He highlighted the need for cleanliness and sanitation arrangements, stating that garbage collection should be ensured daily around the shrine. He asked municipal authorities to mobilize personnel and equipment for this task.
Additionally, he requested the health department to set up special first aid camps along the route to Chrarisharief to address any emergencies.(KNS).
