Urges Authorities to Address Driving License Test Delays

Srinagar Feb 18 (KNS): Youth JKPC President Mudasir Karim has brought attention to the pressing issue of unavailability of slots for Driving License tests in several districts of Jammu and Kashmir, causing undue hardship for thousands of applicants.

"We sincerely appreciate the efforts of J&K Transport Commissioner Vishesh Paul Mahajan and the department for their continued work in streamlining transportation services," said Karim. "However, we cannot overlook the difficulties faced by many applicants due to the lack of available slots for Driving License tests."

Karim highlighted that several districts, including Srinagar, Jammu, Budgam, and Anantnag, are facing this issue, resulting in delays and inconvenience for those who need their licenses for work, travel, and daily activities.

"The current situation is causing immense hardship for the people, particularly the youth who are eager to obtain their driving licenses and become independent," Karim added. "We request the department to consider increasing the number of test locations or expanding available slots to ensure that these tests can be conducted in a timely manner for all.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel"
