Srinagar, Oct 24(KNS): A 19-year-old non-local was injured when terrorists opened fire on him in Batagund village of Tral, South Kashmir's Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, on Thursday morning.
An official stated that one bullet struck him in the hand. He has been shifted to a hospital in Tral, where his condition is reported as stable.

Meanwhile, following the incident, security forces arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area, where a search operation is underway.
This incident occurred four days after a terrorist attack in the Gagangir area, where seven people, including a doctor, were killed.(KNS).
