June 26 (KNS): Police on Wednesday said that a drug peddler under PIT NDPS Act was booked after obtaining orders from the competent authority.

The drug Peddler Imran Ahmad Ganie son of Mohammad Ramzan Ganie resident of Nassu Badragund, Qazigund has been detained under PIT NDPS Act after obtaining the orders issued by the competent authority and has been lodged in District Jail Kot Balwal, Jammu, statement issued to KNS reads.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Consistent actions of police against the drug smugglers/peddlers should reassure the community members that police are making all efforts to keep our society free from drug abuse, it added. (KNS).
