Srinagar, Dec 05(KNS): In a significant step towards environmental development, B.K. Singh, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forests and Wildlife (HOFF) J&K, laid the foundation stone for the Nagar Vatika in Arigatnoo, Kulgam. The event, held in the presence of several senior officials, marks a new initiative to enhance green spaces in the region.
The ceremony was attended by Irfan Rasool Wani, Chief Conservator of Forests Kashmir, Arashdeep Singh, Conservator of Forests Kashmir South Forest Circle, Mohd Ashraf Katoo, District Forest Officer (DFO) Kulgam, as well as other officials including the Ranger Officer and the Forest Department staff from Kulgam.
