Tangmarg January 21 (KNS): The residents of Rahipora-Tangmarg in Wailoo Block are up in arms after a newly constructed drain, meant to address the area's drainage issues, was reportedly damaged within just 20 days of completion. Allegations of substandard construction and negligence have surfaced, prompting calls for immediate action.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Gulmarg has stepped in to address the issue. “The matter will be enquired, and a detailed report will be shared ” the SDM assured during his speaking to KNS

“This is unacceptable. Public money is being wasted, and the authorities must ensure accountability,” a local resident stated.
