Srinagar, August 16 (KNS): A delegation led by Sheikh Ashiq, State Secretary, and accompanied by Finance Secretary Parvez Bhat Sahib, visited prominent community and political figures to offer condolences on recent bereavements.
The delegation expressed deep sorrow over the demise of the mother of Molana Mohammad Rahmatullah Qasmi, esteemed founder of Darul Uloom Rahimiya, and extended prayers for peace to the departed soul. In a separate condolence visit, the delegation met Prince Parvaiz, General Secretary of the Awami Itehad Party, to offer sympathies on the passing of his nephew. The members conveyed heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the grieving family.
Speaking to the media, Sheikh Ashiq emphasized the importance of standing with one another in times of personal loss and reaffirmed the delegation’s support to both families.
