Jammu, April 10 (KNS): Surinder Singh Channi, Vice President of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC), has urged the Chief Minister of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to grant one day of Special Casual Leave on April 15 to Sikh employees hailing from the Jammu region and currently posted in various departments across the Kashmir Valley.
