Gulmarg, Dec 7(KNS): The Department of Tourism, Jammu and Kashmir, has issued a notice to implement the "One Person, One Trade" policy in the Gulmarg Ski Resort.

The move aims to ensure equal earning opportunities for all service providers operating in the area.

As per the notice accessed by KNS, individuals registered with the department under multiple trades are required to submit photocopies of their trade licenses and Aadhaar cards within 15 days from the notice's issuance.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

The Tourism Department intends to enforce this policy to streamline operations and provide a level playing field for all stakeholders in Gulmarg’s tourism sector. "Service providers are advised to comply within the stipulated timeframe," it said.(KNS).
