Srinagar, oct 16 (KNS): Ab Rasheed Ganie, Vice President of non teaching Employees SKUAST-Kashmir (Kashmir Province), extended his heartfelt congratulations to Omar Abdullah on taking the oath as the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
