Chandigarh, Nov 24: BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh on Friday strongly condemned the AAP government in Punjab for failing to address the grievances of farmers.
In a statement Chugh said it's so unfortunate that the AAP used farmers as its vote bank making tall promises to improve their plight. But now, when they are in crisis and have been demanding a hike in sugarcane prices, the Bhagwant Mann government has turned its back on them.

He demanded that the AAP government stop playing politics with farmers who constitute the backbone of the society.
