Srinagar, Sep 29 (KNS): The BJP's Jammu and Kashmir unit will hold protests against the JKNC-led government in all districts of the Union Territory on Wednesday, escalating its agitation over what it calls the ruling party's failures and fake promises, a party spokesperson said on Tuesday.
Adv. Sajid Yousuf Shah, State Co-Media Incharge of BJP J&K, told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) that party leaders will participate in protest demonstrations at their respective BJP district offices across Jammu and Kashmir.
The announcement follows a statement by Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma on Monday that his party would protest across all district-level headquarters against the National Conference.
Notably, The BJP has been consistently targeting the NC-led dispensation over governance and unfulfilled electoral commitments, with the latest round of protests set to widen the party's agitation to the grassroots level across the Union Territory. (KNS)
