Srinagar, Sep 29 (KNS): PARAS Health Srinagar on Monday announced special heart health packages on the occasion of World Heart Day, aimed at encouraging people to prioritise preventive cardiac care and seek timely medical evaluation.
Under the initiative, the hospital is offering a Healthy Heart Package at ?999, which brings essential cardiac screening and consultation services together under a single package. The package includes a Lipid Profile, ECG, Cardiac Consultation and TMT/ECHO, subject to clinical assessment and availability.
Angiography is also being offered at ?9,999 as part of the World Heart Day initiative, providing patients access to an important diagnostic procedure at a special package price.
Speaking about the initiative, Dr Murtuza Habib, Facility Director, PARAS Health Srinagar, said heart health should not be addressed only when symptoms become serious.
"World Heart Day is an opportunity to remind people that prevention, timely screening and early medical consultation can play an important role in protecting heart health. Through these special packages, we want to make essential cardiac evaluation more accessible and encourage people to take proactive steps towards understanding their cardiovascular health," he said.

According to the hospital, the Healthy Heart Package at ?999 is designed to provide a convenient first-level cardiac health assessment, while the angiography package at ?9,999 offers a special rate for patients who require the procedure following medical evaluation and clinical advice.
"Heart health is not something that should be postponed until a warning sign appears. Regular health checks, awareness of risk factors and timely consultation can help people make informed decisions about their health," Dr Habib added.
