Srinagar, Apr 6 (KNS): Minister Sakina Itoo on Saturday said that the cabinet sub-committee on reservations will submit its report within the next six months. She assured that the government is fully committed to fulfilling its promises regarding the issue.
"We assure everyone that the cabinet sub-committee on reservations will give its report within six months. We are committed on our promises," said the minister while addressing media persons.
Itoo said that the upcoming report will clarify the government's stance and put an end to the ongoing controversies surrounding the matter. "The report will also shut the mouth of those who are doing drama on the issue," she stated.
She further informed that the government is actively engaging with stakeholders and listening to public concerns. The cabinet sub-committee, formed to review and recommend measures related to reservations, has been holding regular meetings and consultations across the region. The minister emphasized that transparency and fairness will guide the committee's decisions.
