District Level Implementation Committee Approves 54 Cases Under Mission Youth in Ganderbal

Ganderbal, March 3 (KNS): The District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) of Ganderbal, under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, approved 54 cases under various Mission Youth schemes.  


The approved cases include 27 under the Mumkin scheme, 19 under Tejaswini, and 8 under the Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative (SEI). 

These initiatives aim to empower the youth of the district by providing financial and infrastructural support for self-employment and entrepreneurship.  

The meeting was attended by the Chief Planning Officer, General Manager of the District Industries Centre, Lead District Manager, Assistant Director of Employment, Assistant Regional Transport Officer, District Nodal Officer JKEDI, District Officer KVIB, and other concerned officials.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel  

Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized the government's commitment to youth empowerment and encouraged eligible candidates to take advantage of these schemes. He reiterated that the administration is focused on creating sustainable livelihood opportunities and fostering an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the district.  

The Mission Youth schemes have been instrumental in uplifting young entrepreneurs, particularly women and unemployed youth, by providing necessary financial assistance, skill training, and mentorship.  

The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the administration for their support and pledged to make the most of the opportunities provided to them.(KNS)
