Srinagar, Nov 21(KNS): The Government Dental College (GDC) Srinagar today launched a new machine for advanced radiographic investigations of dental health.

Principal /Dean Prof Ajaz Ahmad Shah in presence of Prof Dr Altaf Hussain Chalkoo HoD Oral Medicine and Radiology and other faculty members of GDC Srinagar today inaugurated CBCT machine for advanced radiographic investigations for oral and maxillofacial region.

"The machine is a newer addition for Patient care and research work in the field of oral and maxillofacial radiology at GDC srinagar," Prof Ajaz Shah said.

Prof Dr Altaf Hussain Chalkoo gave a brief presentation to the faculty on the working modality of CBCT machine and its diagnostic importance in the maxillofacial region.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

The Principal GDC said institution is excelling in dental health and with every new addition of modern infrastructure and machinery makes the GDC a glaring example of excellence in the dental health.

Principal GDC Srinagar was felicited by HOD oral Medicine and Radiology and on this occasion HOD Oral Medicine and Radiology was presented with a momento of appreciation. Dr Mohsin Tak presented Vote of thanks on the occasion.(KNS).
