 Srinagar, Nov 11(KNS): Youth JKPC President Mudasir Karim has highlighted the growing concern of stray dogs in Kashmir, which has turned life into a nightmare for residents. The situation is alarming, with aggressive canines roaming freely, threatening children, women, and morning walkers ¹. Simple pleasures like taking a stroll in downtown Srinagar have become daunting challenges due to the presence of these stray dogs.

The authorities must intervene and take effective measures to safeguard Kashmir's residents. President Karim urged the authorities to prioritize the well-being of Kashmir's residents, ensuring their right to safe and peaceful living conditions.
