Move aimed to curb reckless driving, drug menace: Mohammad Yaseen Khan

 Srinagar, November 21(KNS): In light of recent tragic incidents caused by reckless driving by minors, including the untimely death of two young boys, Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF) has decided to take a resolute step.

The KTMF president Mohammad Yaseen Khan on behalf of business community of  Kashmir announced that no commodities will be sold to minors who will be driving vehicles.

In a statement issued here, “Khan said this decision stems from our collective responsibility to address the alarming rise in minor driving, which endangers lives on our roads. We believe that restricting access to commodities, particularly items like petrol, cigarettes and other goods often associated with misuse by minors will help discourage this dangerous behaviour”.
