Srinagar, Nov 11 (KNS): CPI (M) leader and MLA Kulgam M Y Tarigami on Monday urged Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to reconsider the recently imposed age limit of 35 years for Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) aspirants. He urged the government to restore the pre-abrogation age limit of 37 years for open merit candidates.
The demand for reinstating the 37-year age limit has been a long-standing issue for JKAS aspirants.
