MLA Budgam Pledges ₹39 Cr Boost for Bemina, Vows to End "Era of Neglect"

 Budgam, January 11 (KNS) ; In a concerted public outreach initiative, Budgam legislator Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi completed a detailed two-day tour of the Bemina area on Sunday.

 
The visit focused on direct interaction with constituents across multiple localities to assess community concerns and development needs firsthand.
 
During the tour, MLA Mehdi as per news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) engaged with residents, listening to their grievances and issues. He assured the public that all pending development works in Bemina would be prioritized, with dedicated efforts aimed at enhancing the area's infrastructure and aesthetics.

He pledged rigorous follow-up to ensure the project's timely execution.
 
MLA Budgam also disclosed that a DPR worth nearly ?18 crores is being prepared for a road-widening project connecting Budgam to Bemina. He said that this initiative would also be pursued with urgency to facilitate early implementation.
 
Reiterating his commitment to the entire constituency, MLA vowed full support for Bemina, Khomeini Chowk, Garipora, and surrounding localities. He acknowledged a historical deficit of attention from previous administrations and political representatives, asserting his firm resolve to stand with the community and see long-pending works through to completion.(KNS)
