Srinagar, Nov 19 (KNS) : MLA Lal Chowk Ahsan Pardesi on Wednesday inaugurated the construction of an RCC foundation drain at Pantha Chowk, a long-pending demand of local residents. The ?40 lakh project aims to address the chronic drainage issues that have troubled the area for years.
