Young Man Sets Up Library in VIllgam to Aid Civil Services Aspirants

Handwara, Aug 9 (KNS): In a commendable initiative to support students preparing for competitive exams, a young man from Kukroosa village in the Villagam area has established a private library.

Shafan Ahmad Khan, 25, who is himself preparing for civil services, identified the lack of study materials as a significant barrier for local aspirants.

Khan named the facility "Garland of Knowledge Library" and has ensured that the latest materials for various competitive exams, including civil services, are available to users. He hopes this initiative will help local students overcome the challenges they face in accessing quality study materials.

The library was inaugurated by Tehsildar Villgam, Aijaz Ahmad, in the presence of several dignitaries, marking a step towards improving educational opportunities in the villagam area.(KNS)
