Srinagar September 26 (KNS): In a prestigious ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan today, the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) Jammu and Kashmir, along with the State Health Agency (SHA), received accolades and recognition for their remarkable contributions to healthcare in the Union Territory.
ABDM clinched the third position for its exceptional work in generating ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) and Scan & Share IDs in Jammu and Kashmir. Simultaneously, the State Health Agency received an award for its exemplary efforts in ensuring seamless patient care within the UT.

The Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) marked its fifth anniversary on September 23, 2018, since its implementation, while the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) celebrated its second anniversary since its launch on September 27, 2021.
The achievements of ABDM and SHA in promoting healthcare and facilitating access to services in Jammu and Kashmir underscore the dedication of these organizations towards enhancing the well-being of the residents of the Union Territory.
