SRINAGAR, MARCH 04 (KNS): While reviewing the preparations for Winter Games, today Divisional Commissioner (Div Com) Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri impressed on concerned departments for ensuring befitting arrangements for 5th Edition of Khelo India Winter Games (KIWG) at Gulmarg.

Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Director Tourism, Director Urban Local Bodies, Director Health Services Kashmir, CEO Gulmarg Development Authority, Secretary J&K Sports Council, officers from various departments including SMC, PHE, KPDCL, R&B, MED, Transport, Airport Authority, Cable Car Corporation, Information, JKTDC, H&H, NHIDCL, Police, SDRF, CISF, HAWS and other stakeholders attended the meeting.

He impressed on close coordination and synergy among all the departments besides called for effective communication among the stakeholders.

The Div Com called for flawless arrangements at the venue, and ensuring smooth conduct of the prestigious sporting event.
