Pulwama, Nov 21(KNS): MLA Pulwama, Waheed Ur Rehman Para held a comprehensive review meeting to assess the progress of ongoing development projects in Pulwama. The meeting focused on ensuring that the district’s economic, infrastructural, and social needs are effectively addressed while highlighting the critical role of grassroots engagement in governance.

During the meeting, Parra emphasized the importance of tailoring development policies to reflect local realities. “Post-abrogation, there is a growing risk of centralized governance losing touch with ground-level issues,” he remarked. He stressed the need for consistent communication between policymakers and local representatives to bridge this disconnect.
