Bandipora Jan 22 (KNS):A three-day Self-Defence Training Camp for boys and girls of Bandipora district concluded successfully today at Government High School, Malangam. The camp was organised by the Indian Army’s Wular Battalion with the objective of empowering local youth with essential self-defence skills.
The training focused on personal safety, physical fitness, confidence-building, and discipline. Participants were imparted practical self-defence techniques to help them effectively respond to challenging situations and enhance their overall awareness regarding personal security in daily life.
