Srinagar, Jan 22 (KNS): One more militant has been killed in an encounter that broke out between militants and security forces in Shopian district on Saturday afternoon, police said here.

An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that encounter broke out in Kilbal village of Shopian today afternoon.

He said that in the ensuing encounter a militant was killed and later another militant was killed, while search was going on.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

The official said that both the slain militants are locals and belonged to TRF militant outfit. 

“Incriminating materials including arms and ammunition have been recovered from the site of encounter. (KNS)
