Says remote control policy of Centre wont last long

Anantnag Nov 13 (KNS):  Only Congress Party is capable enough to defeat divisive and anti-people policies of the BJP,it (Congress) will remain committed to the cause of working and strengthening people of all shades living in the country. BJP Govt at Centre is out to destroy the very foundation of the democracy in the country as it has done in Jammu Kashmir aiming to rule it through remote control.

Senior Congress Leader & Former Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee President Ghulam Ahmad Mir made these comments while addressing booth level delegates of Sagam Block of Kokernag area in South Kashmir, urging them to get connected with the people at grass roots  and highlight the hardships confronting them in absence of elected representatives.

Mir also laid emphasizes over strengthening the Congress Party at booth level as that it is the Congress Party alone which is fully capable to fight against the divisive and wrong policies of the BJP Govt towards the people.

Referring to the challenges,Mir said though there has been a little damage to the Congress Party due to the defections by some leaders, but the Party would stand against the challenges, besides the anti-Congress policies adopted by the BJP Govt would not weaken our resolve to fight for the people’s rights and safeguarding their interests.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Mir said Jammu and Kashmir was the victim of wrong policies of the BJP Govt and said  first BJP Govt dissolved the state legislature to muzzle the voice, then not allowed the elections to happen till date inorder to hide its nefarious agenda aiming to rule J&K through remote control, so that no genuine voice would not emanate from the ground. The falsehood and tall claims on account of development of J&K, fake narrative built up with regard to employment generation, so called back to village programmes, frequent visit of Central Ministers did not yield any results reflecting the absolute failures on the part of  BJP Govt on all fronts, Mir said.

Former JKPCC President further averred that there was chaos and confusion across J&K due to the remote control policy, common people of J&K believe that BJP was settling scores with them by depriving them of democratic rights, so that their voices could go unheard, but the time is bound to change, how long J&K would  be left at the mercy of remote control policy of Centre Govt, such undemocratic  exercise won’t last long, these will have to change, Mir added.

Mir asked the booth level delegates of the Party to feel strong in their resolve to fight against the discrimination, wrong and anti-people policies of BJP besides defeating the fake narrative with regard to development, etc on the part of State & Centre Govt.(KNS)
