Our company is working across 24 states and we started our operation in J&K very recently by hiring around 15 fellows , 3 district coordinators and one senior coordinator. These are all local residents. The local boys and girls whom we interviewed recently were all highly qualified and we found great talent here among the youth. I am sure we will get very good results by ensuring the citizens whom we reach out to in the next couple of months get benefits of Govt schemes. I am grateful to the Mission Director & Additional Mission Director JKRLM for providing us necessary assistance. We plan to train around 1200 women SHGs in 13 blocks of Budgam , Baramulla and Pulwama. Not only the citizens will get entitlements under different Govt schemes in the next 4 to 5 months but this will help the women SHG members to also make some income during this process by charging some modest fees from their customers " said Mirza Owais Baig Senior Manager of Haqdarshak.
